♥ Q: Is Snow Fashion Shop trustworthy?
♥ A: Of course, we're registered company in SSM (Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia) under Registration of Business Act 1956 (Act 197). Besides, we have started our venture in year 2009, which make us a very stable and mature company.
♥ Q: Is the product in good quality?
♥ A: All products offered at the website worth its price. We always check the quality of every product before we ship it out.
♥ Q: Will the product out of stock?
♥ A: Every product offers in our website is available to order. If there's any product out of stock, we'll remove the product from our website. If the product that you have ordered is out of stock, we will notify you through email / whatsapp / phone. Any replacement of product shall inform us within 48 hours upon receiving the email. If no reply received from you within 48 hours, we will proceed your order without the sold out product.
♥ Q: Can I get discount?
♥ A: Product price is fixed. But we will have promotion events throughout the year. Besides, you may get special discount by collecting points. With every purchasement of RM1 (not including postage fees), you will be rewarded with 1 point after your order has been completed. ♥ A: You need to register to become our member before you can submit your order. If you are our member already, you need to login first. After you have registered to be our member & logged in, you may place an order by adding the products into your shopping cart and proceed to check out to submit your order.
♥ Q: I am a first time buyer, what is the procedure?
♥ A: Register as member > add your favorate products to your shopping cart > check out > enter your membership information > complete your delivery details > select shipping method > select payment method > complete payment > order shipped > receive order.

♥ A: Payment can be made securely online through DuitNow, Online transfer, interbank transfer from any other bank, cash deposit, direct debit, credit card or Paypal (for international customers).

♥ Q: When should I make payment?
♥ A: You're encouraged to make full payment within 3 business days after you have submitted your order to avoid the products that you have ordered from getting out of stock. Orders will only be sent after full payment received.
♥ Q: How do I inform you that I have made payment for my order?
♥ A: You may email us (email@example.com), facebook inbox us, whatsapp, wechat, line or SMS to us (+60 162397638).
♥ Q: Can I cancel my order or change the recipient's details after payment?
♥ A: You have to note that orders paid could not be cancelled or changed unless the product that you ordered was out of stock.
♥ Q: Can Snow Fashion Shop return the balance to me by putting the money inside the parcel?
♥ A: We are sorry that we will not refund to you by putting money inside the parcel. This is because neither delivery company nor us will be responsible for any monetary loss. So, if there is any balance in your order, we'll credit it to your member account. You may use it for your next order or ask for refund by providing us your bank details.

♥ Q: Which courier company do your company support?
♥ A: Mainly we use Pgeon, Poslaju, CJ Century, Skynet & ABX for West Malaysia; ABX for East Malaysia (Please leave a note in your order if you wish us to use shipping company other than designated shipping company). For Singapore, we offer ZTO & Teleport. For other countries, we usually offer e-DHL but for confirmation kindly check with us directly.
♥ Q: How long does it take to get my orders?
♥ A: It depends on the stock availability of the product that you're ordering. Pre-order products take 7 to 14 business days to arrive; and ready stock products take 1 to 3 business days to arrive counting from the date of payment made.
♥ Q: Do you ship to other foreign countries other than Malaysia and Singapore? How much and how long does it take?
♥ A: Yes, please check here. The shipping cost and shipping time varies based on different countries.
♥ Q: How can I know whether my order has been sent out or not?
♥ A: After your parcel has been sent out, our system will send an email to you automatically to inform you the tracking number and the courier company used. If you didn't receive email from us, you may check your "Junk" file. Or, you may log in to our website and click <Order History> to check your tracking number.
♥ Q: Where can I track my parcel?
♥ A: You have to track your parcel according to the courier company that we informed. You can track all kinds of tracking number on this website.
♥ Return Policy ♥
♥ Q: Under what condition can I claim that a product is a defective product?
♥ A: We guarantee to replace any item with factory defect the same size & colour. The meaning of 'factory defects' here restricted to only huge hole, torned, wrong size, totally different colour and any other evident defects that is apparently a huge defects. We do not accept reasons like it's different from your expectation, you have picked the wrong size, you think it doesn't suit you or any other subjective opinion or views.
♥ Q: What if I received a defective product?
♥ A: You must take pictures of the defect products and inform us within 7 days after receiving your order by sending an email to us attached with the pictures of the defects product, and your order number. We'll reply you within 24 hours. To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be un-used and in the same original condition as when you received it. It must be in the original packaging, label attached and un-washed.
♥ Q: How about the postage of returning the defective product?
♥ A: You may choose to either you ship the parcel yourself or ask us to pick up. If you choose to ship the parcel yourself we will reimburse you the shipping fee. If you choose to ask us to do the pick up, we can arrange to have the courier to pick up the parcel at your doorstep so you do not have to go to post office, saving all the hassles & shipping cost. Either way, kindly make confirmation with us before you proceed for smooth transactions.
♥ Q: Can I request to change size / colour after I have received my order?
♥ A: If you have received the correct size / colour as per in your order but you wish to exchange, you need to cover the return postage. To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be un-used and in the same original condition as when you received it. It must be in the original packaging, label attached and un-washed. After we have received the returned item in the said condition we will process to prepare the exchange item for you.
♥ Q: Can I request return and refund after I have received my order but I don't like it / it is not the same as I imagined?
♥ A: Sorry, no return & refund acceptable for change of mind reason.
♥ Q: I have used coupon / gift card in my order. Can I also get refund for that?
♥ A: Sorry, no return & refund acceptable for coupons, gift cards and promotion products that specially marked.
