♥ Q: Under what condition can I claim that a product is a defective product?
♥ A: We guarantee to replace any item with factory defect the same size & colour. The meaning of 'factory defects' here restricted to only huge hole, torned, wrong size, totally different colour and any other evident defects that is apparently a huge defects. We do not accept reasons like it's different from your expectation, you have picked the wrong size, you think it doesn't suit you or any other subjective opinion or views.
♥ Q: What if I received a defective product?
♥ A: You must take pictures of the defect products and inform us within 7 days after receiving your order by sending an email to us attached with the pictures of the defects product, and your order number. We'll reply you within 24 hours. To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be un-used and in the same original condition as when you received it. It must be in the original packaging, label attached and un-washed.
♥ Q: How about the postage of returning the defective product?
♥ A: You may choose to either you ship the parcel yourself or ask us to pick up. If you choose to ship the parcel yourself we will reimburse you the shipping fee. If you choose to ask us to do the pick up, we can arrange to have the courier to pick up the parcel at your doorstep so you do not have to go to post office, saving all the hassles & shipping cost. Either way, kindly make confirmation with us before you proceed for smooth transactions.
♥ Q: Can I request to change size / colour after I have received my order?
♥ A: If you have received the correct size / colour as per in your order but you wish to exchange, you need to cover the return postage. To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be un-used and in the same original condition as when you received it. It must be in the original packaging, label attached and un-washed. After we have received the returned item in the said condition we will process to prepare the exchange item for you.
♥ Q: Can I request return and refund after I have received my order but I don't like it / it is not the same as I imagined?
♥ A: Sorry, no return & refund acceptable for change of mind reason.
♥ Q: I have used coupon / gift card in my order. Can I also get refund for that?
♥ A: Sorry, no return & refund acceptable for coupons, gift cards and promotion products that specially marked.
